Jazz Performance
Overview
The Minor in Jazz Performance at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø focuses on the instruction of jazz for musicians who play the saxophone, trumpet, trombone, guitar, keyboard, bass, and percussion. Â
Point of Pride
The has more than 20 ensembles, including bands, orchestras, choirs, opera/musical theatre, and specialty ensembles. All are open to any students, regardless of major. (Some require auditions.)

How to Apply
Application Information
Available only to instrumentalists on the following instruments: saxophone, trumpet, trombone, guitar, keyboard, bass, and percussion.
All students pursuing a Minor in Jazz Performance must be accepted into the School of Music by passing a performance audition on the student's primary instrument.
