Redbird Academic Scholarship

Awards range from $1,000 per year to $5,000 per year—renewable for up to three additional years. Award amounts determined by competitiveness of applicant pool.

Eligibility

The Redbird Academic Scholarship is automatically awarded to new, academically-talented domestic freshmen. Freshmen who meet the criteria for the Redbird Academic Scholarship and apply for admission by our priority deadline will be notified of their award by mid-December.

  • GPA

    3.25+ cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale

Scholarship Process

  • Apply to the University by the priority deadline
  • You'll be notified of your award by mid-December.

Renewal

The Redbird Academic Scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years. To renew your award, you must maintain:

  • Continuous enrollment with 12 hours or more
  • 2.75+ cumulative GPA
